The site

Set within Central Docks, the largest of the new neighbourhoods taking shape across Peel's Liverpool Waters, on land that formed part of the city's working dock estate.

Planning

Romal Capital was the first private developer Peel selected to begin building at Central Docks, and the early phases came forward ahead of schedule.
