Footprint Design secured Full Listed Building Consent after 13 months, conserving the auditorium structure and the restored Art Deco frontage.

18 homes within the restored listed fabric, all sold on completion at a GDV of £4.8M across 1,850m², and shortlisted for a RICS Award.
