Roseberry Street, Liverpool
Footprint Design have been instructed to deliver 11 four-storey townhouses on a vacant site in a residential area close to Liverpool city centre. The proposed scheme will contain ten six-bedroom houses and one four-bed wheelchair accessible home.
The design was rationalised to make the scheme viable for construction. Whilst maintaining the design integrity and proportions of traditional terrace housing.
