Hooton Meadows, Ellesmere Port

Hooton Meadows is a brand new, boutique, master planned community of homes, inspired by the industrial vernacular of Ellesmere Port.

The proposed apartment will house a mix of two-bed, three-person & one-bed, one person dwellings.

The buildings have been provided with a balance of hard and soft landscaping to ensure permeability. Integrating the natural and urban environments was a vital principle in the planning of Hooton Meadows. The landscaping that weaves in between each home is lush and verdant, providing a beautiful, soft contrast against the strong, bold lines of the architecture. These spaces have been purposefully included to promote a sense of community, by giving people places to gather and socialise.
